The Finlay Graham Memorial Library
Named in honor of ABTS's first president and founder, Finlay Graham, the Finlay Graham Memorial Library plays an important direct role in achieving our vision and mission. The library seeks firstly to provide adequate theological resources for all library patrons; mainly our faculty and students. Secondly our librarians seek to provide the best service and environment for library patrons to successfully achieve their assignments. ABTS fundraises each year for the acquisition of new books to support our growing seminary.
During 2015-2016 academic year, our library collection has reached over 25,000 books (roughly 15,000 in English and 10,000 in Arabic). In addition to books, we have important theological periodicals in both Arabic and English. For English-speaking faculty, students, and guests, we provide online access to all essential theological journals.
Our collections cover such themes as Middle Eastern Christianity, Muslim Christian Relations, Missiology, Communication, Leadership, Biblical Studies, Psychology, Cultural Anthropology, and Islamic Studies. Equipped with an audio/visual center, the Finlay Graham memorial library offers diverse resources to our students, faculty, and larger community of Arab believers.
